Will you come and make real Antillean BOLO DI CASHUPETE with us? Then you are very welcome on Saturday September 2, from 13:30 to 16:15 in the Markthal in Rotterdam!
In this workshop you will make your own Antillean cashew pie together with Jurino. So everyone goes home with a whole cake!
In groups of 3 we make the batter and the filling for the famous cake. Of course you will be well supported in the process, so that the result will be good.
The batter is divided into 3 baking tins. After baking the cake and cooking the filling, you will spread your own bolo di cashupete. At the end of the workshop, the cake will be taken home.
You will also receive an extra package of our famous 'Caribbean Baking Spice' to take home, so that you can later make other cakes with that special Caribbean taste!

When you order a ticket for this workshop, all materials and ingredients are included, so:
* use of the cooking studio
* all ingredients for the meal
* use of an apron
* incl. packaging to take the food home
* So you only need to bring your good mood!
LOCATION (ATTENTION!)
The workshop will be held in the Markthal in Rotterdam. There we rent the cooking studio of the SVO vocational training Food† There is room enough for everyone, so we don't get in each other's way! The market hall is right next to Blaak train/metro station. The entrance to the cooking studio is on the Extended Nieuwstraat 177. That is on the side (outside) of the Markthal.
On the window is the number 177 and in large letters “SVO Vakopleiding food”.
PARKING
You can park cheaply in Rotterdam if you reserve a spot in one of the municipal garages in advance. The garage 'Oude Haven' and 'Kiphof' are closest to our location. For a parking ticket of 5 hours you only pay € 6,50. Click here to reserve a spot

– The entrance to the cooking studio is located on the side (outside) of the Markthal. The address is Verlengde Nieuwstraat 177 and the window reads “SVO Vakopleiding Food”
– Unfortunately, the studio is not suitable for wheelchair users
– We ask you to be present about 10 minutes before the start, so that we can start immediately. Have you been there before? Then we would like to ask you to do another round in that beautiful Markthal, so that we have time to prepare all the stuff
– Our workshops are suitable for participants from 12 years old (under supervision: 10 years)
– You don't have to bring anything except a good mood
