The real 'Super Dushi Chef' funchile spoon should not be missing in your kitchen! In Curaçao we all know it: you naturally stir Funchi with this special 'tool'. The thick piece fits comfortably in the hand, allowing you to use enough force to stir funchi or filling for cashew pie.
Because the Antillean 'palu di funchi' are not available in the Netherlands, I had them developed myself. The funchi spoons are made of sturdy beech wood and are hand-sharpened in this special shape so they do their job perfectly.
The end is rounded and the funchi spoon features a 'Super Dushi Chef' logo.
Tip: If you rub the palu di funchi with some peanut or grape seed oil, it will stay beautiful for a long time!
