Super Dushi weekly menu

I often get the question on social media: “Jurino, how do you stay so slim with all that delicious food?” My answer to that is that tasty is not the same as unhealthy. My recipes also include quite a few things that fit perfectly into a healthy diet. Just look at this balanced weekly menu.

This can give you inspiration for that recurring question "What's for dinner tonight?". These main dishes are tasty, healthy and almost all ready quickly. Only on Fridays and Saturdays I have posted recipes that have a slightly longer preparation time (but what are they worth!)

Weekly menu in balance

Did you know that I am now a certified weight consultant? So in addition to choosing the recipes based on taste, I also know a thing or two about healthy, balanced nutrition. I believe that it should consist of a fine combination of all building materials and fuels. That's why you won't find any recipes in my weekly menu that skip a food group (such as carbohydrates, for example). Everything in balance!
