Quick chicken – cream cheese patties
You can make these small patties with smoked chicken and cream cheese in no time. For the filling it is a matter of mixing equally well. Then you can fold the filling into the dough and they can already go into the oven. And ten minutes later it's: enjoy!
The nicest? You can of course vary endlessly with the filling of these quick patties. For example, you could also add ham cubes to the base of cream cheese, or just a lot of fresh green spices. Just what you feel like that day of course.

Croissant dough from Danerolles
We make these pasties with the dough from danerolles† In this case it's a canCroissant party minis† You can make 15 small patties from one can. Do you need more? Then of course take an extra can with you!
Danerolles croissant dough can be found in the refrigerator in the supermarket. Best? It is already completely ready to use! After opening, you can immediately fill and bake the patties. Even rising is not necessary. This way the pies are ready very quickly.
This recipe makes 15 chicken patties. Do you need more? Then double the recipe.

Ingredients:
- 1 can 'Croissant party minis'
- 1 smoked chicken fillet
- 100 gr grated cheddar cheese
- 2 jalapeño peppers (to taste!)
- 100 gr firm cream cheese
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Quick chicken preparation – cream cheese patties
Cut the smoked chicken breast into very small pieces and place in a large bowl. Also finely chop the jalapeño peppers and add them to the chicken. Then add the grated cheese, cream cheese and parsley.
Mix the filling well and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Now open the can of croissant dough and roll out the dough on your work surface. Fold the dough once in half lengthwise and roll it out slightly with a rolling pin. Then cut the dough into 5×3 squares.
Place a teaspoon of the filling on each square and fold in the corners of the dough.
TIP: Do you want to make sure that the pasties don't pop open in the oven? Then insert a toothpick into the center of each patty, through all four folded in corners!
Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake the pies for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Let them cool down on a wire rack and… enjoy your meal!
