Super Dushi Seafood Pasta
This pasta with 'seafood' is really delicious. It has everything a good meal needs… vegetables, fish, seafood and pasta. All in a delicious cajun sauce. And yet it is on the table within half an hour. As far as I'm concerned, the best way to start the new year tasty and healthy.
In the recipe I use our Afro-Cajun spice mix. This spice mix is really perfect for fish and seafood dishes. It is nice and spicy and a little sweet. You can order the spice mix here. Don't have the mix? Then make your own mixture of salt, garlic powder, paprika and sugar. This also makes the sauce delicious!

This recipe is for 4 portions of the seafood pasta. Do you need more or less? Then you can easily halve or double the recipe.
Ingredients:
- 350 g penne pasta
- 200 gr white fish (e.g. cod, pollack or whiting)
- 150 gr salmon fillet
- 100 gr shrimps
- 100 gr squid rings
- 50 g mussels without shell
- 150 g surimi
- 2 cloves of garlic, pressed
- 50 gr butter, unsalted
- ½ zucchini, diced
- 200 g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 red pepper, diced
- ½ yellow bell pepper, diced
- 3 spring onions, in rings
- 1 the Afro Cajun spice mix*
(or use a mixture of salt, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper and sugar) - 200 ml (½ can) coconut milk
- The juice of half a lemon
Preparation Super Dushi Seafood Pasta
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Then cut all the vegetables into small cubes and cut the fish and surimi into pieces of equal size.
Now heat the butter in a large frying pan and fry the crushed garlic cloves in it. Then add the Afro-Cajun spice mix and stir well. Then turn up the heat and add all the vegetables to the pan at once. Fry the vegetables until they are almost done. This takes about 5 minutes.
Now the fish can go in the pan. First the salmon, then the white fish… and after about 3 minutes you can also add the seafood. Fry briefly until the seafood and pieces of fish are cooked through. This will take a maximum of 5 minutes. Now add the juice of the lemon and finish the sauce with the coconut milk. Do you like spicy? Then add 2 teaspoons of the spice mix.
Toss the pasta through the sauce, so that the pasta also warms up again. Remove the pan from the heat and sprinkle the Super Dushi Seafood Pasta with the spring onion rings. Enjoy your meal!
