Pornstar Martini • cocktail recipe via SOULFOOD.nl

The pornstar martini is a famous cocktail with passion fruit and vanilla vodka. Nice and sweet and with a nice layer of protein foam. Poured into a martini glass and topped off with half a passion fruit, it soon looks spectacular.

You can easily make this drink yourself. Preferably you use a cocktail shaker† With most shakers you also immediately get a 'buddy', with which you can quickly measure the right amount of drink. Don't have a shaker? Then you can also use two (plastic) cups that you slide into each other.

This recipe makes two glasses of pornstar martini. Do you need more or less? Then you can easily halve or double the recipe. I have used two glasses for this recipe, so that I can use a whole egg white in one go.

Ingredients:

100 ml passion fruit juice (from a carton)
75 ml vanilla vodka
1 protein
1 passion fruit, halved
the juice of ½ lime

Preparation of the pornstar martini

Take an egg and separate the yolk from the white. Then put the egg white in the cocktail shaker.

TIP: The yolk is not used in this recipe. For example, here you can zabaglione make of it!

Then measure the passion fruit juice and the vodka and add this to the egg white in the cocktail shaker.

Finally, add the juice of half a lime and shake the pornstar martini well for at least 60 seconds. Longer is also allowed, then you get an even thicker layer of foam on the cocktail.

Divide the contents of the shaker between two martini glasses and finish the pornstar martini with half a passion fruit that you place on the layer of foam.

serve the cocktail with a shot glass of cava on the side. Enjoy!
